Sarasota Community School is an
accredited
therapeutic boarding school established to foster the development of education, responsibility, awareness, and self-understanding. We serve educationally and emotionally challenged students who have not been able to achieve in the mainstream public schools, other private schools, or in the home. Sarasota Community School is a unique program that combines education and structure, within a therapeutic self-governed community environment.
Sarasota Community School is a co-educational accredited elementary, middle and high school that provides a highly structured nurturing environment for "at risk" adolescents with educational and emotional challenges. Our unique combination of traditional education with group and individual therapy, provides a program that achieves measurable success in treating at risk and disabled youths.
